YOUR OWN PERSPECTIVE
Did you ever stop to wonder,
If one day it could be you;
Who cannot access buildings,
Do things you need to do?

For accidents or illness,
May strike at any time;
And introduce new challenges,
Into a life sublime.

So, when you see a person,
With a challenge at the fore;
Consider your own wishes,
Were the challenge at 'your' door.

With your imagination,
Take the time to muse;
How you would cope with,
"walking in the other person's Shoes".

Some challenges are welcome,
While some are not by choice;
Some challenges are painful,
Yet, in others we rejoice.

Every challenge we must face,
Is one from which we learn;
Another's understanding,
Is the gift for which we yearn.

So, approach each individual,
From the very start;
With knowing that the person,
Has a living, beating heart.

For with a heart comes feelings,
Not so unlike yours;
With a little understanding,
We can all help open doors.

Just a thought....

Life is not consistent & certain, everyone have to face good and bad, happiness and sadness in life. Its also true that happy moments are very few in our lifes in comparison of the sad or traggic ones but if we are strong enough and optimistic than we can handle and face anything in life easily. But sometimes in life we get tired and it becomes really hard to keep ourself positive. I always talk of hopes n positive thinking but me myself sometimes alos get tired and it becomes really hard for me to follow my own rules. We all are aware of what is right and wrong, we all know we should be optimistic and look into the brighter side of anything, etc. etc.... but still we all need to hear this from others and seek for moral support at times in life. I know i repeat many things at my blog known to all of us but still i guess we all need a reminder of it to freshen up all this in our minds. I dnt know to what extend i am successful in it but i am satisfied that atleast i attempt and tried to make myself plus others as well to be positive and hopeful with all the realities and cruel facts of life.

Loads of prayers and best wishes for all my fellows, stay healthy and smiling:) :)

Best regards,
Samrina.

The Quietness Of Strength
Sometimes in life we cannot show
The way we truly feel
We have to smile and just pretend
A facade that's far from real
Someone who pushes you to extremes
Or a person who isn't sincere
Sometimes you want to walk away
And act like you really don't care
They shouldn't take silence for weakness
For one day they may be surprised
Although they may think you're just a wimp
you may put tears in their eyes
The quietness of strength is a powerful thing
That may help you forgive though they're wrong
And although I know it's the hardest thing
Stooping to their level will not make you strong

HAPPINESS= REALITY EXPECTATION

Happiness and sadness both are part of life. Since last few days I m seriously n deeply thinking about the topic and trying to find out the main reason to it. I first evaluated my own self that what makes me happy or sad and on the basis of my experiences till now in life its “EXPECTATIONS” that could be not only but one of the main reasons. Few times back I saw this equation somewhere and now today I understood what it meant for after thinking deeply about it.

HAPPINESS= REALITY – EXPECTATION

This is so very true when our expectations come to reality we are happy but when we don’t get what we expect it really hurts and make us sad n depressed.

So I think it’s better to keep our expectations limited and only and only from God. But still question is there that can we limit our expectations? Is it in our control?

HAPPINESS!!!

It's not something to buy,
but it's definitely something to try.
It will make you feel good,
as only happiness could.
It may come from success,
or from what you possess.
Or it may come from the support of family and good friends
on whom you can always depend.
But today I want to send some happiness your way
in hopes that you have a brighter day!

For all my blog friends with loads of prayers & best wishes:) :)

FAMILY
I got this in a forward mail and found it really worth sharing so here it is for all my blog friends hope u all like it too:) :)
I ran into a stranger as he passed by,"Oh excuse me please" was my reply.He said, "Please excuse me too;I wasn't watching for you."We were very polite, this stranger and I.We went on our way and we said goodbye.
But at home a different story is told,How we treat our loved ones, young and old.Later that day, cooking the evening meal,My son stood beside me very still.When I turned, I nearly knocked him down."Move out of the way," I said with a frown.He walked away, his little heart broken.I didn't realize how harshly I'd spoken.While I lay awake in bed,God's still small voice came to me and said,"While dealing with a stranger,common courtesy you use,but the family you love, you seem to abuse.Go and look on the kitchen floor,You'll find some flowers there by the door.Those are the flowers he brought for you.He picked them himself: pink, yellow and blue.He stood very quietly not to spoil the surprise,you never saw the tears that filled his little eyes."By this time, I felt very small,And now my tears began to fall.I quietly went and knelt by his bed;"Wake up, little one, wake up," I said."Are these the flowers you picked for me?"He smiled, "I found 'em, out by the tree.I picked 'em because they're pretty like you.I knew you'd like 'em, especially the blue."I said, "Son, I'm very sorry for the way I acted today;I shouldn't have yelled at you that way."He said, "Oh, Mom, that's okay.I love you anyway."I said, "Son, I love you too,and I do like the flowers, especially the blue.
"FAMILYAre you aware that if we died tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us ina matter of days.But the family we left behind will feel the lossfor the rest of their lives.And come to think of it, we pour ourselves moreinto work than into our own family,an unwise investment indeed,don't you think?So what is behind the story?
Do you know what the word FAMILY means?
FAMILY =
(F)ATHER
(A)ND
(M)OTHER
(I)
(L)OVE
(Y)OU
